Venmo Credit Card (Synchrony bank) does not connect with Quicken Classic (for Windows) subscription
Hello…
Synchrony Bank has a Venmo credit card that is not the same as the Venmo transactional app — though you do access your credit card to make payments through that same app.
This is and has been my primary credit card so I need it to coordinate with Quicken. I spoke with a QUicken representative 2 weeks ago who said that Quicken's tech would get on this and have a solution within 2 weeks…how is this coming?

Also been having the same issues, with the same card, for about this same amount of time. Also curious if there's a solution in-the-works!

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. When you are trying to connect this card in Quicken, which connection option are you using (Venmo, one of the Synchrony options, something else)? What happens when you try to connect? Do you see any error messages or error codes? What is the URL (web address) that you use when logging into the account directly through the financial institution website (or is it accessible only through the Venmo app)?
