PSA - Bank Bill Pay still does not work

After much time spent with support, Bank Bill Pay with Direct Connect connection to the bank does not work for me. Support says they will investigate and get back to me.

Be curious to know if anyone is successfully using Bank Bill Pay with German American bank (Indiana bank).
