Investment Report or Function to list Portfolio Peak Value and Date

I would like to see a feature added to the Portfolio Graph to locate the peak value and date. I know there's a Value and Date popover, and I can visually find the peak. But sometimes its difficult to see. I'd like some easy way to identify the peak and lowest value of any given time period.
