Zillow Home Estimates

I just discovered that Zillow now integrates with Quicken. I have an existing home asset account which I've maintained for about 4 years by manually retrieving the Zestimate once per month. I want to connect the account to Zillow. The article at the link below instructs to click the "Get Started" button, but that button is nowhere to be found. I've looked through the menus, account details, etc. Please, assist.

This is my home asset account. No button.

I'm in the same situation here, I'm running the current version (R59.6) and have read several of the "use Zillow" items in the Help file as well as these forums. But when I look in Edit on the account, or the properties of the House account, I don't see any mention of Zillow anyplace. What am I missing?

UPDATE : Never mind, I stumbled on the fact that it is not supported in Quicken Deluxe which is my version, oh well, no big deal, not a 'needed' feature for me…

The "Use Zillow" isn't in the Account Register … it's in the account setup/edit dialog. CTRL-A, and click EDIT adjacent to your house account.

Did you not fully read this post or the article at the link? This is the whole point of the post.

Yes, the Value is displayed in the register … but that valuation is enabled on the Account dialog OR (as of R59.6) the Register

    1st displayed, the register.

2nd displayed, the Account setup dialog

Did you not even try my suggestion? Appears not. Are you on R59.6?

Um, WHAT? What are you saying?

Since you're not reading the previous messages, this post is about the fact that documentation states that there is a Get Started button somewhere that'll allow you to connect Zillow to an existing home asset account.

What do you mean by "Value"? What value? No one is asking about a value.

Also, pro tip…you don't have to press Ctrl-A…just right click on the account and select Edit/Delete Account.

Does Quicken plan to add Zillow to Quicken Deluxe for Windows?

Only someone from the Quicken team can answer that but IMO it is very unlikely. Deluxe is pretty much the same as Premier but without some of the investing and reporting features and tools. Including Zillow in Premier is one of the things that Quicken Inc. has decided is a marketable feature that can be (and is) used to entice people to upgrade to Premier. If Quicken Inc. were to make Zillow available in Deluxe it would no longer be an upgrade selling feature so that would not be a good business move on Quicken Inc.'s part.
