UPDATED: 9/29/24 Citicard - Downloading Incorrect Transactions/Errors when updating/ FDP-390/CC-902
An issue with our service provider is causing erroneous transactions to appear in Citicard accounts. While this issue is being resolved by our service provider and Citibank, Citicard account updates have been temporarily paused. Due to this temporary pause, you may see an error (Error 390 or Error 902) when attempting to connect to your Citicard accounts.
If you do see incorrect transactions in your Citicard account(s), you can delete these transactions to remove them from your register(s).
To be notified of updates as they become available, please click the bookmark ribbon located in the upper right. If you do not see the bookmark ribbon, please make sure that you are signed into the Quicken Community.
