Not Downloading Any Transactions
On all accounts. Says it's connected seems to run the update but no transactions are downloaded. Happening across accounts from different institutions. Tried re-setting one account. just keeps doing it. Keeps saying 0 transactions downloaded./
Any thoughts?

Hello @richard172,
You can try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
Should that not resolve the issue, then as Splasher stated it would be best to contact Quicken Support for further assistance and possible escalation if they see fit.

November 11 is a federal holiday so my institutions transactions from Nov. 9 thru Nov. 12 will be posted Nov. 13.
Windows 11 (2 separate computers)..... Quicken Premier.. HAVE USED QUICKEN CONTINUOUSLY SINCE 1985.
