Amex downloads missing

Amex downloads from 12/12-12/20 did not download - 3rd time this year. Why can Quicken not fix this issue?

    First, based on your account information, it looks like you are using Quicken Classic for Windows, so I went ahead and moved your post to the proper Windows category as it was originally posted in a Mac category.
