Missing Entries with latest update (Q Mac)

Several of my accounts now have the wrong balances. There are missing entries? from as far back as 2013. How do I fix this as I can't identify what exactly is missing. Some credit cards have a positive balance and others show large balances due.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To clarify, you had data go missing after your Quicken program updated to the newest version? If that is what happened, then please restore a backup of your file from before the program updated. Once the backup is restored, verify that your data is correct in the newly restored file.

I did restore and it was ok. Now It's done it again. What gives?

Did the missing transactions disappear again after another Quicken update, or did it happen after syncing with Quicken Cloud or updating your accounts? Are you noticing any specific patterns, such as only older transactions being affected or certain accounts being impacted more than others?
