Capital One Not downloading

Same issue. Quicken R60.20, windows 10. Quicken stopped downloading my CapitalOne transactions

No amount of resetting, deactivating, re-adding, etc. does anything. Validate/Super Validate make no difference.

No other banks/brokerages are affected.

CapitalOne shows that my accounts are authorized for sharing.

Quicken pretends it's downloading and proceeds as usual but no data is downloaded (yes there is data to download). No error message.

    We appreciate you letting us know about this issue!

    First, could you please tell us when this issue first started? Also, where on your computer is your data file located? Do you have it stored on your local hard drive (C: Drive), or in a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: OneDrive, DropBox, USB, etc.)?

    Last, could you please submit a Problem Report so we can gather the necessary log files for further analysis? You can do so by navigating to Help > Report a problem.

    Still not able to do a Direct Connect download from Capital One after going thru all the resetting and so on. The only way I can download is by going on the Capital One website and downloading from there.

    I was also having a recent issue with Capital one credit card information not downloading (interestingly with no error messages). I simply "Reset Account" (found in account details: online services) and the the problem was solved after I reauthorized Quicken and Capital one to share data. Caution, when i did this the reset changed my opening balance in the account from $0 to an unrecognizable number and all my balances from inception forward were wrong; easy fix, changed the opening balance back to $0 and all is fine.
