Atlantic Union Bank Windows Desktop download OL-332-A
Atlantic Union Bank upgraded their web interface in February 2025. I've been unable to connect using quicken windows desktop since then.
When trying to reset the account, I'm provided an opportunity to enter my credentials as I had to change my password. Quicken reports unable to connect with this password; however, if I use a wrong password on the bank website, that is recorded and shown to me as a security alert. The one from quicken never shows up. That makes me think the connection attempt never even makes it to Atlantic Union.
Is this a known issue? Is it in queue to be worked?

I was using the first one with DC in the name. It was working until they implemented their online banking services upgrade. I inquired with the bank. They stated they had disconnected Quicken Direct for personal accounts and provided instructions for business accounts; however, the answer was about QuickBooks, not Quicken.
I switched to the Online Services entry "Atlantic Union Bank" and was successful. Interestingly the connection shows Direct Connect which contradicts what AU told me.

Before proceeding with troubleshooting, I’d like to confirm a few details.
First, could you please confirm which of the two instances shown in the screenshot below you typically use to connect?
Additionally, the error you mentioned in your post is associated with Direct Connect. However, when reviewing your account internally, I also noticed an FDP-106 (CC-506) error occurring with Express Web Connect (specifically with the first instance in the screenshot). Could you clarify which connection method—Direct Connect or Express Web Connect—you normally use?
