New York City Deferred Compensation Plan AKA Voya

The New York City Deferred Compensation Plan managed by the financial institution Voya has not been updated in over six months, possibly one year. In addition, Quicken shows a zero-dollar balance for all of the Voya-managed accounts. I have sent many reports with logs attached through the Quicken application to Quicken support. I also have deleted the connection and attempted to reconnect many times with negative results.

When I re-add the connection, I see the proper balances in my account, but Quicken only shows a zero balance when the process is finished.

    Hello @redvw,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I have taken the time to look into this issue further and I can see that we do currently have an alert regarding a $0 balance with Voya account(s). I took a look at the internal ticket and I can see that my teams are still investigating and working towards a resolution. There is currently no ETA on when this issue will be resolved. I suggest bookmarking this alert for all further updates.

I do apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your continued support and patience.
