UBS ERROR 297-A BACK AGAIN

This is the same code that has occurred intermittently since my first post a couple of years ago. It is just annoying, and it seems it is more likely during times when the stock market is volatile. I have never been able to avoid or resolve the error, and I just assume it will go away at some point. In the meantime, no update for me.

I did send files and error report to Quicken. Fingers crossed.

UBS Financial Services is reporting an error OL-297-A for me. Has been happening for the last couple of days. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

It just worked after 3 days of errors, but I tried it again to confirm. Unfortunately, it did not work after at least updating a few of my UBS accounts.

Update - it has worked several times since my update earlier this morning. I am happy this at least works for now, and I thank the Quicken team and the users who responded to this thread. Hoping it will last.

It doesn't mean it has resolved based on my prior experiences, but in the past as well as this time, I have found that first thing the next day is when it is successful. Then, it may not work again right away. I've no idea how to think about this, but for right now, it is ok and I did nothing myself. I am almost afraid to try again until market closes.

I think the best thing we can do for now is monitor this; I’m sure it is getting attention to rectify. I have bookmarked this one.

3/15/2025 - FYI, Still receiving same error, and unable to Direct Connect around Noon today.

Mine has worked all day today but not yesterday. I don't know enough about this error to make assumptions about the frequency and timing of the occurrence. It seems that there is no correlation between the error affecting all of us at the same time.

Well, mine just successfully worked with Direct Connect to UBS, at around 9:30PM CT on 3/15/2025. Hoping it will connect next time as well.

Just did it on 3/18/25 at 5:44AM Eastern and mine worked. Yesterday it was ok except once when did not connect. As I said, aI just don't have enough information or understand the issues.
