CC-502 error with Ann Taylor account (Comenity)

I am getting CC-502 error trying to reconnect to my Ann Taylor account Quicken gave me an error message after 2/17/25 that there was a problem and the "Fix it" button doesn't "fix it"

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering an issue connecting to your Ann Taylor account. When I check our internal tools, I see you just encountered this error today. Is that correct?
Is this an account that was previously connected and working, or an account that you're trying to add?
If you haven't already done so, please troubleshoot by following these directions from this article on CC-502 errors:
Refresh your account information
- Open the transaction register for the account with the error message.
- Click the Gear Icon in the upper right of the register and select Update Now.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
- Repeat these steps for each account with this error.
If refreshing your accounts does not resolve the issue
Try waiting one business day. This error message is typically caused by maintenance on your bank's website. You can try updating again in a few hours or the next business day. If the issue still occurs after one business day, try the steps above again.

I am also having a connection problem with Ann Taylor MC at d.comenity.net. I have gotten different errors. It has been going on for over a week. See the discussion here:

There is still a connection problem for the Comenity Bank Ann Taylor MC. I consistently receive a FDP-102 error when trying to reconnect. It doesn't seem to have made the list of connection/downloading problems no matter how many reports I have sent to quicken.
