When I click on an investment in the account list, the transactions disappear after a few seconds.

Instead, I see Bill and Income Reminders. I can restore the transactions by clicking on the arrow in the far left, but, the next time I visit, the same thing happens.

I first noticed this yesterday. Maybe I overlooked a setting.

Where do the transactions disappear from? The Downloaded Transactions area at the bottom of the investing account window, or the transaction list (Register) above?

If the transactions are disappearing from the Downloaded Transactions area, are they being moved to the Transaction List above, or are they gone entirely?

When you refer to the arrow at the far left, is that the arrow to the left of "Downloaded Transactions" as in your screen shot, or another arrow?

    [update after further review]

Please go to Help > About Quicken and let us know what version of Quicken you are running.

It appears that in this account the dividing line between the Downloaded transactions area and the Transaction list has been moved much higher than normal, so that it covers all of your transactions.

Are you able to click on the gray line just above where it says Downloaded Transactions and drag the line down to its normal position? Please let us know if that resolves the problem.

Also it appears that on the Edit menu you may have selected "Use pop-up registers". Please close the investing account register and uncheck that option and see if that makes a difference.

    Jim and Anja,

    Thank you for your responses.

It turns out the problem was my using large fonts, which, as you put it, Jim, moved the dividing line between the downloaded transactions and the transaction list much higher, thus covering my transactions.

I turned off the large fonts and the problem went away.

    Thanks again.
