I cannot connect to Norstrom
After going through several steps, authenticating dies with this message.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community, and I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing trouble connecting to Nordstrom.
So that I can investigate this issue a bit more internally, could you please send over a problem report? Here’s how to do that:
- In Quicken, go to the Help menu.
- Select Report a Problem.
- In the window that appears, please include a brief description of the issue (you can copy and paste your post if you like).
- Make sure to check the boxes for:
- Include Quicken Log Files
- Include Screenshots
- Click Send to Quicken.
Once it has been submitted, please reply here to let me know!

For the first time in a long, long time I was able to set up Online for my Norstrom account :-) I even tried it several time and I got no error. The only issue I encountered was the only Norstrom charge I've had for many months did not download when I reset the account.
