Citibank/Home Depot CC Still not reauthorizing

I have been trying to reauth this card for over a week and have received the same failure message each time. I have another store card with Citibank that reauthorized with no issues.
I deactivated the account in Quicken after failing for several days thinking that that route may work better than the option given when logging on to Quicken and updating all. I also tried to reset the account in Quicken and received the same issue.
When I click to activate the account I am sent to
in a browser. I enter the ID/PW in that screen and receive a pop-up message that reads "We encountered a problem processing your request. Please try again later.". I use the same ID/PW to log on tohttps://citiretailservices.citibankonline.com/RSnextgen/svc/launch/index.action?siteId=PLCN_HOMEDEPOT&langId=en_US#signoff successfully. The issue is not my ID/PW. The issue is only happening on my Home Depot account.
Windows 11
Issue started on March 25 I think.
Quicken version Version R62.16 HF1(Apr, 2025)
Can you help?

You could try temporarily turning off anything that blocks ads (Ad Guard, Ad Blocker, Etc.), or popup blockers, or Anti-Virus programs. Or maybe try changing the default to a different browser. Because, according to Quicken, the issue has been resolved.

Hello @MILLER@ALUM,
Thanks for reaching out!
After reviewing the internal error, I can see that you are receiving an FDP-105 (CC-505) with your Home Depot Consumer Credit Card account. This issue has already been reported, and my teams are actively investigating and seeking a resolution. There is no current ETA, however, I will update this thread once I receive more information.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.

Hello @ene777,
Thank you for joining this thread.
After reviewing, I can see that you are receiving an FDP-102 (CC-502) error internally with your Shop Your Way Mastercard account. We do currently have an active alert regarding various Citi Card Financial Institutions receiving this error message when attempting to connect. You can view this alert here; I suggest bookmarking the alert for all further updates.
We appreciate your patience and support as we work to resolve this issue.

I was able to re-authorize my Home Depot and LL Bean Citi cards by going into Edit Account Details, Online Services tab, then clicking on "Reset Account", which then let me log on and update.

- Thanks for your reply but I can not validate your response. With only 2 FI downloads working out of my 6 original FIs (which had been downloading transactions successfully for the last 15 years), I could no longer justify the expense of a QM Classic renewal.
If the CitiBank Home Depot Consumer credit Card FI can now be successfully linked for downloads and updates transactions as expected - and the Lincoln Financial Retirement Services FI is displaying the correct balance (instead of $0.00), I would consider renewing my subscription. I will reach out to the Community for validation.
ATTN: OTHER COMMUNITY MEMBERS USING HOME DEPOT CITIBANK CONSUMER CREDIT CARD FI
I'm looking. for a few more subscribers that were having this specific issue and have restored transaction downloads for the Cit iHome Depot Consumer Credit Card.
Is your Home. Depot Consumer Credit Card FI working correctly now - linking Quicken to your Home Depot Citi account and downloading transactions successfully? If so, please confirm by responding to this post and identifying which Home Depot Citibank FI you are using (there are several, IIRC). All comments appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

This has also stopped working for me recently. It was broken as well last year, which got fixed, but now it's not working again. I cannot authorize even when creating a new Quicken account and linking to the Home Depot Consumer Credit Card. I tried rebooting computer, clearing all cookies and cash within Chrome browser. I am able to manually login to the HD Credit card from both the HD site and the Citi Bank site directly. It seems the Quicken/HD connection method is not stable.

I haven't been able to download Home Depot transactions for over a year. I have tried a number times to re-establish the connection and I finally gave up. Tried again today without any success. Annoying.

Previously, my HD accts worked well. However, I had to do validate my file and it lost all connections. I have attempted to log on several times. I have had support work with me 3 different times. They tell me it is a HD and Citi issue not quicken. Is there any update on this issue?

I was having the same issue reauthorizing my Citibank/Home Depot card in Quicken using Windows. But I found that my Firefox browser was causing it to fail. Once I reset Google Chrome as my default browser, the re-authorization finally completed successfully.
