MFCU Continued Connectivity Issues - CC-505

Quicken Windows Subscription Member

There's been an issue dating back to March 2025 with MFCU feeds. CC-502; CC-501; and now CC-505. It's been a solid week since the last successful download. Researching these error codes, I can see a lot of other financial institution issues reporting the same issues over the years. When investing in a Financial Software Package - the one main requirement is the ability to have transactions available in a timely fashion. Just venting frustration here.

    Thanks for reaching out — I understand your frustration here.

    This error is most likely related to the current active alert for Mission Federal Credit Union, even though you're now seeing a different error code. You can find details and updates on that ongoing issue here: Active Alert – MFCU CC-502 FI Timeout (3/20/25).

    In the meantime, I recommend reviewing our support article for CC-505 errors. It provides some additional steps you can try while we're working with the financial institution to get this fully resolved.

    Thanks Jasmine. No luck updating from the transaction register - CC-505 continues. It's likely related to the MFCU issues…but seriously, it's been almost 30 days now with only occasional working connectivity. I haven't been able to get an update now since 4/8…and have only successfully been able to connect maybe 4 times over the last month.

    I love Quicken Classic, but do you know if the Quicken Simplifi suffers from the same issue with MFCU? I'd switch off Classic if it's related specifically to this platform.

    Quicken Simplifi currently has a known connection issue with Mission Federal Credit Union also (FDP-102), so the odds are high that you'd still have connection issues there.
