Anyone successful with connecting Treasury Direct as part of the OSU?

This just goes in a loop. Quicken says the account is available for OSU. I start the process and enter my ID and password. It apparently FINDS the account enough to email my one time passcode. They it looks like it's setting it up, but instead it fails. I can do this all day and the same thing happens.

I've read through some of the older threads but none of them are still active.

I'm on Windows 11 with the latest Quicken build.

The article assumes I've logged in. I'm getting this error as I attempt to make this part of OSU.

Here is the response from Treasury Direct on linking my account to Quicken:

    Hello Michael,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

TreasuryDirect accounts can't be linked to outside programs for security reasons.

For further assistance, please give us a call. A customer service representative will assist you.

    Thank you,

It appears as if Quicken is out of the loop. When I first "asked" this question in Quicken the robo rep gave directions ON the Treasury Direct website that was to "enable" this feature. It doesn't exist at this time. Maybe it did, but not now.

With their response, I believe Quicken needs to disable the "on line access" for Treasury Direct.

Treasury Direct has NEVER worked with QWin as far as I know. They don't allow it.

Right, except that in Quicken on my TreasuryDirect account it has the correct links to establish the connection. When attempting, it actually does connect, but never completes.
