I have reported this issue before. Quicken Mobile does not accept tags on split transactions. Here are screenshots.

I have located the internal ticket for this issue involving Quicken Mobile not allowing tags on split transactions, and I can see that our development teams do have a fix that will be appearing in an upcoming release; however, there is no current ETA.
