This seems to be fixed. At least for me.

    Fixed for me too.

I read somewhere that a bank could change the file format used in the exchange and if Quicken doesn't expect the change it causes an error. Seems possible, but I don't work for them, so I can't verify.

Thanks for trying to help. I appreciate the advice. I can limp along on web connect for a while.

OK…..It's working for me now as well. I'll post my experience in the case it may help a long time novice user like me.

    - Set up Direct Connect, and it allowed me to do it tonight

    - Put in Payments to send, clicked "Update Now" and it showed "Complete" however the payments did not send.

    - I remembered a trick from a tech support call to remove the "Send" on those payments, and "Validate" the file.

    - After File "Validation" i changed the two transactions in my register back to "Send" and all worked great after that. Re-downloaded a few days of transactions that had already been cleared, however I could manually match and work through that.

…..Hopefully this works for a while now, and perhaps this can help another person on this group.

Here's my problem with the OL-220-A error: I have two Quicken files, each with separate Regions Bank accounts but the same user id. When I update the first file - no matter which file I choose - the update/transaction download works. However, trying to connect with the 2nd file always fails with OL-220-A. It's like Regions doesn't like two separate attempts to connect with the same user id but different bank accounts within some arbitrary time period. Don't know yet how long i have to wait between attempt with first file and the second.
