    Kristina,

I am not running any anti-virus programs other than Windows Defender which is part of Windows 11.

I wanted to test your device theory by installing a copy of Quicken into my wife"s desktop computer and seeing if the problem persists. Would I be better off using my latest backup file or use the export/import method you mentioned in a previous post? Apparently there are 2 file export options: .QIF or .QXF and neither can be used to transfer both cash accounts and investment accounts. (Unless I am misunderstanding the instructions.)

    Hi Kristina,

My schedule hasn't alowed me to test your device theory yet. I may have time this weekend. Still waiting to hear your advice re the best method. (Would I be better off using my latest backup file or use the export/import method you mentioned in a previous post? Thank you for your replies,

My apologies for the delayed response. I was out of office for a few days.

Since we're testing to see if the issue is specific to your device, I'd recommend using your most recent backup to test.

Please let me know how it goes!
