Hello @kilingiros .,
Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To troubleshoot, if clicking the Fix it button and following the prompts did not correct the issue, then please backup your Quicken file and follow these steps from our article on CC-800 errors:
First, you'll need to deactivate the affected accounts:
- Select Tools > Account List
- If present, select the Show Hidden Accounts checkbox at the bottom of the Account List
- Select Edit on each account with this error and Deactivate them on the Online Services tab
- When finished, close the Account List.
Second, reactivate the accounts:
- Select Tools > Add Account
- Complete the flow of re-adding the deactivated accounts to Quicken, using your bank login credentials and answering any security questions.
- When you reach the screen listing the accounts discovered at the financial institution, use the Action drop-downs to re-link your accounts:
- For accounts you want to re-link, select Link to existing account and choose the corresponding account to re-link with.
- Select Add to Quicken for new accounts you didn't previously track in Quicken.
- For accounts you don't want to link or add, select Don't add to Quicken.
I hope this helps!

Does not fix issues I'm having. When adding accounts back, Quicken gives me errors saying "account not found…..you should disable…." picture attached. This account in question does exsist but under a different login user at Citibank. Happens to ALL my financial institutions with multiple user liogins
Then this happens…
so I add CAPAK Citi Ckg back into Quicken and this happens…
And I have to re add all these back to Quicken………

Hello @kilingiros .,
Thanks for reaching out. I checked your account on our end, and I'm seeing multiple internal CP_ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND errors associated with your connection attempts.
This is an issue that our teams are actively investigating. To assist in the investigation, please submit your log files via Help > Report a problem. We do not have an ETA on when this will be resolved. However, in the meantime, we advise you to deactivate the accounts, navigate to the financial institutions' websites to unlink the accounts from Quicken, and then reactivate the accounts by following the steps found in this support article. Once your accounts have been found, be sure to carefully link them to the existing accounts you have already set up in Quicken.
We appreciate your patience while we work on this!
