Citi Costco Visa stopped downloading as of 6/3/2025

Hello, my Citi Costco Visa stopped downloading on 6/3/2025, I have the most recent updates as of 6/16/2025, have reset my account and performed validate & repair. No change, no error messages, shows download complete but the transactions do not download.

    Thanks for letting us know. I checked internally and did not find any errors occurring with your Citi Costco Visa connection at this time.

    To help narrow things down, can you please confirm the following:

    • Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive (C: Drive), or a cloud-based/external location (e.g., OneDrive, Dropbox, USB, etc.)?
    • Are you using a VPN when updating accounts? If so, does disabling it have any effect?
    • Do you have any antivirus or malware protection software that might be interfering with Quicken? If yes, have you tried temporarily disabling it to test?

    Hi Anja, I'm able to download a file to Quicken to post the transactions. EWC shows now errors but is not downloading transaction nor pending transactions. I've deactivated, reactivated, turned off pending transactions, restarted Quicken and turned pending transactions on but still not downloading. This started around 6/3/2025.

    I have same issue. it is downloading transactions after 6/11 but will not download transactions between 5/28 and 6/11. Same occurred with a Chase Visa.

    Resolved by resetting & reauthorizing.
