PayPal MasterCard Error CC-501

I understand that Quicken declared this issue with the PayPal MasterCard not connecting to download transactions resolved, but that was like a 1 day fix. It is now back to the same issue of not downloading transactions and showing error CC-501. I was able to reconnect the account on the day it was declared fixed; however, I haven't been able to do so since. I deactivated it, then tried to connect my account to Quicken again, and it is just not happening. Error CC-501, again, every.single.time. When is Quicken going to fix this issue? It has technically been going on now for weeks. I'm using Version R63.21, Build 27.1.63.21, Windows 11.
