Can't download
I cannot update Synchrony Bank savings. It will not accept my login and password. I don't know since when, since I only have an interest record monthly.
More importantly, I have not seen a download from Capital One Visa since 6/15/25, and get no error message about this.

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.

Upon further review, I do see recent statuses of "ok" with both Capital One and Synchrony. Are you still experiencing issues with both?
