Quicken not reconsiling credit card to online data

I have a credit card that has some glitches in downloading and reconciling.

  1. there are often duplicate transactions, but this is inaccurate.
  2. the account is set up to reconcile to online account data, but it's way off creating balance adjustments that are often duplicate as well

This is not a new account and have never had these issues.

Anyone have ideas on a fix?

    Thanks for reaching out and telling us about this issue—let’s try to get to the bottom of this. To help us investigate further, could you please provide the following:

    1. Which financial institution is this credit card with?
    2. When did this issue first begin—was it after a specific update or change?
    3. Where is your Quicken data file stored? (e.g., local hard drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, external drive)
    4. Are the duplicate transactions being downloaded repeatedly, or do they only appear once but match existing ones manually entered?
    5. Have you tried deactivating and reactivating the account, and if so, did that change anything?
    6. Do the inaccurate balance adjustments seem to correspond with the duplicated transactions, or do they appear unrelated?
    7. Have you recently restored a backup or moved between data files?
