Quicken keeps asking for a password when I'm trying to set up my Edward Jones Account

I put in the ID and PW. Quicken finds the account and says add to quicken. After clicking yes, quicken brings up a password screen again with no place to add it?? The account gets added as a hidden account, but it isn't updated because it keeps asking for a password with no way of adding it?

    Have you checked with the Edward Jones help group, I have always found them to be very responsive and helpful.

    Here's the screenshot. Can't enter the pw? This comes up after seemingly successfully entering the ID and PW. Quicken finds the account and this comes up?

    I just created a new test file and added an Edward Jones investment account to it.

    I was asked for my EJ username and password. One of the selections was "add password to Quicken Password Vault". I chose yes and gave it a password for the vault since it did not exist yet. I was then presented the list of 5 accounts I had with EJ and changed selections so that only one account would be added. The download happened, the register was presented with a bunch of transactions entered, some placeholders dated 5/14/25, some transactions all dated 5/15/25 or after.

    No second password was ever asked. I did a second One Step Update, entered the Password Vault password and a download was attempted, successful but nothing was downloaded (makes sense(.

    So, I can't reproduce your issue.

    [added] To download transactions from EJ, you have to get it turned on at the EJ end of the process, have you done that?

    I believe so. I can download documents. I didn't put the login into the vault? Should I try that?

    I tried adding to the vault. Didn't make any difference. It finds the account with the option to add to quicken. When I hit the next button - that password screen comes up and I can complete the process?
