    Same. Update/Sync failing with a popup windows below. Hope it is fixed soon. MacBook Pro.

    same issue OSU hangs with spinning icon then throws CC-501 error after about 5 minutes.

    Same, have been having the CC-501 issues with Amex, Chase, Citi, & Capital One for about 3 days now. Also hangs with spinning icon for about 5 minutes. Quicken, please resolve ASAP!

    I am having the same issue with updates from all Chase accounts, using Quicken for Windows

    I'm still getting failures for Chase. Citi and Discover are working now.

    Hello All,

    There was an issue earlier today with CC-501 errors and One Step Update slowness. That issue should now be resolved.

    @dereksbrown,

    If you are still seeing CC-501 errors, please navigate to Help>Report a Problem and send a problem report with log files attached.

    Please provide more information. How are your Chase accounts failing? What error message/code are you seeing, if any? If you're not seeing any errors, then please describe the exact behavior you're seeing and where in the process it's failing.

    You can add me to the list. As of this morning all DC accounts download. All EWC+ account get stuck on "processing" for many minutes then OSU completes with only the DC accounts having been updated. No mention of the EWC+ accounts on the summary.
