ExxonMobil Card (Citi) Stops Downloading, Reset Changes Opening Balance

Again, my ExxonMobil Card, managed by Citi, fails to download new transactions. After several "try again later" attempts, I was finally able to relink the account, at which time the opening balance (1981) changed. Not all the missing transactions were downloaded. Again, a month-end discount transaction did not download.

    • The issue with the opening balance changing is a known one. You can find more information and steps to fix it in this support article.
    • I checked your account, and it’s receiving an internal FDP-350 error, which is a known issue currently being worked on. You can follow progress and updates in this Community Alert.
    • For the missing transactions, please refer to this support article.

    Unfortunately, there’s no ETA on the fix for the FDP-350 issue at this time.

    With regard to the missing transaction, this particular transaction type has not downloaded since 2/25/25. It's apparently being intentionally excluded.
