Cancel subscription

Hi,

I wanted to cancel my subscription of Quicken Simplify on my desktop. I am using Windows. When I press the "Cancel renewal" button the screen gets completely blank. I've tried different browsers, but nothing works.

    When I went into account , I could not get a 16 number to activate. Never got a email with it on. Order another Quicken account 2920297 which I would like to keep
