Why won't a newly added bank account update?

I added First Hawaii Bank (FHB) to my Quicken account but the FHB account does not update when I select "Update now."

Account details show that FHB is set up for transaction download. It shows Financial Institution: Unknow and Connection Method: Web Connect.
I do not have the options to Deactivate or Reset Account in the Account Details Tab.

I am not receiving an error message. I am using Windows 11.

    Could you please share a screenshot of what you're seeing in the Account Details window (specifically the Online Services tab)? That’ll help us get a clearer picture.

    If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    Also, just to clarify—have downloads ever worked for this account since you added it, or has it never downloaded any transactions at all?
