Failed quick payment to Erie Insurance
I received a message that my payment failed to Erie Insurance.
Quicken was unable to process your payment because the Erie Insurance website is experiencing an outage. Your payment has been canceled. Please retry your payment later. |

The only thing is that Erie resumed full business operations weeks ago.

To help us better understand what’s going on, could you please share a screenshot of the error message as it appears within Quicken? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
Also, can you confirm which method of bill payment you were using for this transaction—was it Direct Connect bill pay through your financial institution, or Quick Pay through Quicken Bill Manager?
Once we have those details, we can look further into what might be causing the issue.
