Quicken not downloading Chase cc transactions

Recently had to replace a third Chase credit card. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to download transaction for just this new account. Cannot get past secure.chase.com page. Never had a problem with downloading my Chase cc accounts. Chase reps have explored problem from their end. The problem is with Quicken. Please help me resolve this.

    Thanks for reaching out—I know how frustrating it can be when your transactions aren’t syncing properly, especially when everything was working fine before.

    To help us investigate further, can you please provide the following details:

    1. Was this new Chase credit card a replacement for a card already linked in Quicken? For example, did you previously have this account set up in Quicken under the old card number?
    2. When reviewing your account on our end, I’m not seeing any errors occurring during connection attempts. Are you seeing any error messages on your side when trying to connect or download transactions? If so, please share the exact error message or code you’re receiving.
    3. You mentioned getting stuck at the secure.chase.com page — could you provide a screenshot of that screen? This will help us understand exactly where the process is stalling. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    Once we have this info, we’ll be in a much better position to pinpoint what’s going on and guide you through the next steps.
