Golden1 stopped syncing now cant relink account

My golden1 account can no longer sync with quicken for windows. It was having issues but when reset the account it no is trying to make me relink it and gives me the following error this has been going on for 4 days.

    When reviewing this internally, the most recent connection attempt appears to have been successful. Could you please confirm whether the issue is still persisting on your end?

    If you're still receiving an error, please note that these types of issues typically self-resolve within 24 hours. In the meantime, I recommend reviewing this support article for more information on how to proceed.

    As mentioned in the article, if the error has been occurring for more than 24 hours, we suggest contacting Quicken Support directly. Our support agents will need to review your log files and may need to escalate the issue further, if necessary.

    No, I have two Golden 1 accounts. One is working; one no longer is and I can't relink it. The issue is still happening. This has been going on for well over a week.

    Since the issue is persisting, and it has been longer than 24 hours, please contact Quicken Support directly for assistance, as they have access to tools that we can't access on the Community, and they're able to escalate the issue as needed.
