Want Refund Immediately

I just renewed by subscription to Quicken only to find out that they still HAVE NOT RESOLVED the issue with Randolph Brooks Credit Union connection. All my budgeting work and income is recorded with RBFCU. I don't want, or need Quicken if they don't support Randolph Brooks. I want a refund for this immediately!!!

    May I ask what your problem is with Randolph Brooks FCU? What error messages or error codes do you get when you try to activate or download?
    The last reported issue here in the Community dates back to January of this year and it was marked as resolved.

    Have you ever reported this issue to Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation for research and escalation? When was that?

    For refund inquiries, you’ll need to contact Quicken Support directly, as our support agents have access to the tools and account information needed to fulfill those requests—this Community channel does not.

    If you’d prefer to try resolving the connection issue instead, I did check your account and saw that you're currently receiving an internal FDP-103 error when attempting to connect to Randolph-Brooks FCU. You can find detailed troubleshooting steps for that error in this support article, which may help get things working again.
