Can't add a Citibank account

I have two CC connected to citibank working fine. I just got another CC that is a business card so that I have a different login to Citi. When I try to add the new card at the end I get the error message 'Records Don’t Match'. I have seen other posts with this same problem over the past 6 months but none have a solution.

    Thanks for reaching out! To help troubleshoot the "Records Don’t Match" error you’re seeing when trying to add your new Citibank business card, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    Also, could you let me know which exact Citibank instance you’re selecting from the bank list when trying to connect? For example, are you choosing “Citibank,” “Citi Cards,” “CitiBusiness Credit Cards,” or something else?

    I have tried this with Citibank and Citi Cards with the same result

    I also tried it with CitiBusiness Credit Cards with same error message

  • @samuelmeeks there might be something in your online profile for the card that doesn't match your information on file with with bank. (maybe phone number, address, zip code?)
