HCA Voya 401k download
Windows R63.21
Anyone have success getting their HCA 401k account set up for download? It seems the ONLY way to access the account at all is via web browser through HCA's dreaded HR portal. Cannot log into Voya's website directly, or even register for access there.
HCA's HR says call Voya, Voya says call Quicken…

Hello @galaxsat,
Thank you for coming to the Community with this question. I'm not seeing HCA Voya 401k listed as a connection option in Quicken. Did HCA's support say it should be supported?
If you provide the URL (web address) used to login directly through the financial institution, then I can check our FIDIR (list of supported financial institutions) to see if there are any connection options that should work.
I look forward to your reply!

HCA's support says call Voya, which was of little help. I did learn I can use the URL below to log into Voya directly, however, versus accessing it through HCA's portal. Hope that helps. Thanks!

Thank you for your reply,
I searched our FIDIR (list of supported financial institutions) to see if there are any connection options that use that link. Unfortunately, there are not. You would still be able to track the account in Quicken as a manual account, but there is not currently a connection option that would let you connect it for download into Quicken.
Does the link they gave you provide an option to download in the QFX (web connect) format? If it does, that may be an option to import transactions into Quicken.
Thank you!

@galaxsat As an experiment, try logging into just https://login.voya.com/ and see if you can get anywhere from there.
Might work. Might not. Worth a few seconds to try.

Update- I hadn't tried since early August. Choosing "Voya Financial" actually worked this morning, although it's locked down to 'Simple Investing'. At least it's a step in the right direction.
Thanks for the suggestions.
