Bill Reminders getting overwritten after last update (R64.19 27.1.64.19)
I was prompted to update this morning and immediately noticed all of my bill reminders got reset to their default amounts after a one step update.
To further clarify - I have all my bills set up as manual reminders with a default estimated amount. When I get the actual bill I will edit the next instance to reflect the actual amount. What started happening this morning is every single of one those bills' next instance was set back to the default amount.

Hello @Steve360@,
Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention!
A few things I’m curious about that might help figure out why your bill reminders are resetting:
- Did this behavior start immediately after the update, or was there a one-step update in the past that showed similar issues?
- When you edit a bill to reflect the actual amount, does it save correctly for that instance before reverting on the next update?
- Are all types of manual bills affected, or just certain categories like utilities, credit cards, or subscriptions?
- Have you noticed any pattern with the timing — like only after running One Step Update, or does it happen if you edit reminders manually?
- Are there any unusual messages, warnings, or quick flashes of data that appear when the reminders reset?
Let me know!

Hi Jasmine,
Thanks for the reply. Here are the answers to your questions -
It started immediately after the update and I have not had this problem before.
When I edit the bill ("Edit this instance") it will show the amount I changed it to until I run OSU. After that is complete I see the amount go back to the value I originally entered in the reminder.
I noticed it this morning on three utility bills. I modified my next credit card reminders which are manual transfers and they don't appear to be affected.
It happens right after the OSU is complete.
Nothing unusual. If I move the OSU progress pop-up so I can see my "Bill and Income Reminders" list I just see the manually modified value change from what I entered to the default as soon as the OSU summary appears.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. I also reported this through Help > Report a problem along with the logs.

I tried deleting and recreating to see if that would help and it actually made it worse. I now have a duplicate bill for my natural gas. Exact process was creating a new manual bill with the same info. I then deleted the original. When I did a OSU it brought the deleted one back. I deleted both and now they both come back after every OSU. And if I change either of them they go back to the default of $100.

I'll give it a few days but think I found the issue. I turned off cloud sync and that seemed to fix the deleted reminders coming back after the one step updates as well as the overwriting of the "edit this instance" value. If everything continues to work I'll turn syncing back on and see if there are further problems.

@Steve360@ glad you found a solution and it's working now. If after you turn sync on and the issues return, try resetting your cloud file.

That is great to hear! If the issue returns, please attempt @CaliQkn's advice and then come back and let us know.
