"My Saved Reports & Graphs" folder shows incorrect report

When I click on a report in "My Saved Reports & Graphs/2025" folder, I get a report from 2001 instead of the correct 2025 report. If I click on "More Reports & Graphs" at the bottom, choose 2025 folder, I do get the correct report from 2025. It seems there is a link missing in the main "My Saved Reports & Graphs" folder.

Thanks and best regards, Mary Eason

    Hello @MaryEason,

Thanks for reaching out about this!

I’d like to gather a little more detail so we can narrow down what’s happening here:

    • When you open the report from the My Saved Reports & Graphs/2025 folder, does the title of the report still show as the 2025 version, or does it display the older 2001 title?
    • Do you recall if the 2025 report was originally created by customizing an older saved report, or was it built new from scratch?
    • If you create and save a brand-new report into the 2025 folder today, does it show correctly under My Saved Reports & Graphs, or does it also link back to an older one?
    • Have you noticed this behavior with multiple reports in the 2025 folder, or is it just one specific report?

Also could you please provide a few screenshots of what you are reporting (the screen once you open the report, the screen once you click more, etc.)?

If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments. Please remember to redact any personal information as needed.

    Looking forward to your response!

I'm not the OP, but I have the same problem. Previously I had created copies of an old report, modified the title and dates, then saved it to the 2025 folder. After reading your answer above, I tried creating a report from scratch and saving it to the 2025 folder. The error still occurs. When I open the saved report, a completely different report with different dates appears. Interestingly, the new report and the copied/modified report are identical except for the title. However, when opened, they each open a completely different and unrelated report.
