Discrepancies in Online Balance

A B of A Account with zero balance shows a -766.59 when viewing the account. But on the All Transactions view it shows the zero balance.

Thanks for bringing this up!
To better understand what’s happening, I have a few questions:
- When you say the account shows –766.59, is that in the Account Bar/Sidebar balance or in the Online Balance field at the bottom of the register?
- Have you recently reconciled this account, and if so, did Quicken reconcile to the expected zero balance?
- Does the Online Balance match what you see when you log in directly to Bank of America’s website, or is it only Quicken showing the discrepancy?
- Is this affecting just the one account, or do you see mismatches in other accounts as well?
