Is it possible to redownload Fidelity Transactions?
WIndows 11 24H2 Quicken subscription: I fell victim to the Fidelity xxx revert everything to simple problem. I followed all of the instructions and have reconnected, but the last transactions appearing in the register are from July. I'd like to get all the August transactions downloaded,

Thanks for the detailed update! It sounds like you’ve done everything correctly to reconnect and enable complete tracking. I understand how frustrating it is when some transactions still don’t come through and when Fidelity’s restrictions make things unclear.
As noted, this is part of a broader issue following Fidelity’s migration, and the team is actively working on resolving it. While there isn’t a guaranteed ETA yet, any missing transactions that aren’t downloaded now should be captured once the fix is fully rolled out.
Thanks for your patience while this continues to be addressed!

Hello @Casey H,
Thanks for reaching out! The missing August transactions from your Fidelity account are part of a known issue following Fidelity’s cut-over migration on 07/29. Many users experienced missing transactions after the migration, and this has been escalated internally. Please refer to this Community Alert for any and all available updates and information. While we don’t have an exact ETA for full resolution, the Quicken team is actively working on it.
In addition, there’s a more recent update as of 8/29 addressing Fidelity issues. Several problems have already been fixed or are rolling out, including missing transactions for Brokerage and IRA accounts. Please see this Community Alert for more information.
Hope this helps!

I'm not sure if this is fixed or not. I deactivated the online connections for all of my Fidelity accounts, changed each so that they read "complete tracking," for all, I eliminated the xxx and DC components in the Financial Institution Block, then re-enabled the online connections. Everything looks normal, but I won't know until there is something more to download and if the financial institution block gets changed again. The fix did miss downloading one of the entries on my August statement. We'll see. The reason for failure stated that Fidelity DC does not allow complete tracking. Sounds fishy to me.

Perhaps a final comment. I doubt that Fidelity was able to change a setting on my computer, i.e. change fidelity investments to xxx fidelity investments DC. This change must have occurred as part of a Quicken update. I'll be needing to keep a close wtch over my Fidelity account settings, especially after a Quicken update.

It was Fidelity that initiated that name change to "zzz Fidelity Investments - DC". Q merely conveyed it.
