CD price quotes from Fidelity Investments changed by a factor of 100 after switch to EWC+
@Quicken Kristina @Quicken Jasmine
Since accepting the switch to EWC+, CD prices in my Fidelity RIRA update as 1/100th of the pre-EWC+ price. For example a CD which was previously priced at 99.99 now updates as 0.9999. Additionally, I get an error message at the end of OSU which says that Fidelity thinks that I have 100 times more shares of the CD than Quicken. I can ignore the error message but I've been correcting the share prices manually.
*Bond and equity prices and quantities still seem to update correctly - only CDs are affected.
*I have deactivated/reactivated ALL of my Fidelity accounts multiple times without success.
I've looked for this issue among all of the other EWC+ issues which have been posted but couldn't find it. Would you forward this issue to the team which is working on the Fidelity EWC+ problems?

Hello @Dave01010100,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. That issue with CDs has already been reported to our teams for further investigation and resolution. To assist with the investigation, please navigate to Help>Report a Problem and send a problem report with log files attached.
Please make sure to include ATTN CTP-13955 in the subject line, and the specific issue you are seeing with your CDs in the description. If possible, please include a screenshot that shows the problem CDs, as they appear in your Quicken. Note - Problem reports allow a maximum of 10 attachments. If you need to send more than 10, you can unselect any attachments with OLD in the file name, or you can send a second problem report with the additional attachments.
Thank you!

This was extremely frustrating and showed inadequate testing. The quote history has a step change so you can't just change the CD purchase transaction. The only "solution" I found was to input a 100:1 "stock split" dated August 1, 2025 on each and every CD.
Furthermore the EWC transfer was extremely disappointed taking many hours to eliminate duplicate transactions on my multiple Fidelity accounts. Quicken Classic Premier shows in the splash screen an alliance with Fidelity Investments. It did not fulfill its promise in the EWC changeover and CD quote change.

A problem report was just sent with ATTN CTP-13955 in the subject line and which includes a screenshot and the default-selected files. Again, all of the CD prices updated as 1/100th of their pre-EWC+ price, causing their market values to calculate as 1/100th of their actual vale. Thank you for your help with this problem.

I am having this exact same problem. I sent in a problem report. If I disconnect and reconnect Fidelity accounts, the problem goes away for that day only! The next day the problem returns. Quotes off by a factor of 100. Fidelity account was working just fine prior to updating my connection type to Fidelity which was done by your phone tech support team. ( I was seeing zzz_ in front of my two Fidelity accounts. )

Hello @Dave01010100 & @herbb623,
Thank you for sending problem reports with log files attached! Our teams need one other piece of information. When you migrated to the new connection method, did your investment accounts default to Simple investment tracking (no access to transactions) or did they default to Detailed (QMac)/Complete (QWin) investment tracking (able to view/edit/add transactions)?
Thank you!

Both my Fidelity accounts have the option "Complete - Positions and Transactions" selected in the Accounts Details dialog box. See attached screenshot.
Also, both Quicken classic on my iPhone and app.quicken.com on the quicken website both show the correct quote prices and total values of the Fidelity accounts. So it 'may' just be a desktop quicken issue. ( I use Quicken Premier on Windows 11 PRO. )

Like @herbb623, "Complete - Positions and Transactions" is selected on my accounts. I am running Quicken Classic Premier for Windows Build 27.1.64.19.

I am having the same issue with a CD in a Fidelity Brokerage account.

I have the same problem with my CDs. I have reported the problem and sent in the logs. It seems as if this issue has been under review by Quicken for several weeks. The team was able to resolve similar pricing issues with Treasury and other bonds. It seems as if the CD issue would have a related solution.

Any new information on this CD issue? I have 60 CDs and have fixed the value on them twice but it keeps getting overwritten. Yes I reported the problem to quicken help.

It appears that the CD issue may be "fixed". They are now coming in at 1 instead of 100. I had gone in and artificially "sold" CD's at $1 and repurchased at $100. Now I will have to do the reverse to unfix it. The only thing that remains strange is that say for a $5000.00 CD, Fidelity's actually website shows a price around $100 and the number of shares at $5000. Which really would be $500000.

Hello @tloughry,
The issue with CDs downloading incorrectly was recently marked fixed. Is the issue resolved for you, or are your manual corrections still being overwritten with wrong information?
I look forward to your response!
Hello @Brian McDonald,
I'm glad to hear that CDs are downloading correctly in your Quicken. If you're seeing strange data on Fidelity's website, I recommend contacting Fidelity directly for assistance.
I hope this helps!
