Care Code: FDP-105 on Mac Quicken with Laurel Road bank

Hello, I'm unable to connect and download transactions from Laurel Road online bank (Key Bank subsidiary) for over 6 days now. Any advice on how to proceed to get Quicken to check in with them or if they have a known outage?

    I can login to their web site via web browser with my credentials.

    Thanks for reaching out about the Laurel Road connection issue. Please refer to this support article regarding this error. The FDP-105 error usually occurs when the bank’s website is temporarily unavailable for Quicken downloads. This can happen even if you’re able to log in directly on the bank’s site.

    Currently, there are no Community alerts regarding Laurel Road, so the standard guidance is to wait 24–48 hours and try updating again. Since you’ve already been experiencing this issue for 6 days, the next step would be to contact Quicken Support for further assistance and possible escalation if needed.

    Just to clarify, the Laurel Road connection has been down for over a week now (since around September 1). Multiple people are reporting the same issue on both Windows and Mac. The newest Mac update (8.3.1) didn’t resolve it either. There’s another thread on Quicken support discussing this, and as of 9/12/25 there hasn’t been a resolution.
