Incorrect Mortgage info

Mortgage shows a zero balance under Rocket however I pay mortgage every month to Quicken but it doesn't show up

    Thanks for reaching out! To help figure out why your Rocket mortgage isn’t showing the correct balance or payments in Quicken, I’ll need a bit more information:

    1. Are you using Quicken’s online connection for your Rocket mortgage account, or is it a manually entered account?
    2. When you make a payment, does it appear anywhere in Quicken at all, or is it completely missing?
    3. Could you provide a screenshot of the account register in Quicken showing the zero balance? (Please make sure to hide any personal info.)
      1. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    Once we have this info, we can better determine if it’s a connection issue, a setup problem, or something else.
