Missing common billers in new bill payment system

I am looking for these billers, and have had no luck attempting to set up Quick Pay to pay them:


Eversource (electricity utility in Massachusetts)
Chase credit cards
Citibank credit cards
USAA credit cards


All of these are available with my bank's web-based bill payment system for electronic payments. You should insist on parity (to what banks can do) of payable billers from your bill payment provider

    Thanks for reaching out about these billers.

    • Eversource (MA): Unfortunately, this biller is not currently available with our new bill payment service provider.
    • Chase, Citibank, and USAA credit cards: Because these accounts use Express Web Connect+ to update transactions, they can be set up as Online Billers in Quicken, however, they are not compatible with Quick Pay and therefore cannot be paid through Quick Pay.

    I understand this isn’t ideal, especially since these payments are available through your bank’s web-based bill pay, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
