Hello, does anyone have access to Q2007 v16.0 for Mac that I could download to convert my Q2004 file? I have an old Mac capable of running the file.

Once I can convert to 2007, I can open it on my new iMac in Q Classic.

    Hello @LaurensDad,

Thank you for reaching out. We do have an article on converting from older versions of Quicken:

Unfortunately, according to that article, converting from anything older than 2007 is not supported.

It is recommended that you start a new file, but you are still able to try converting the older file, and see if it is able to successfully convert.

    I hope this helps!

I'm running Quicken For Mac 2007 v16.2.4 0n my MacBook Pro running High Sierra 10.13.6. I need to move my entire financial history in that quicken file over to my new MacBook Pro running Sequoia 15.6.1.

I downloaded the latest Quicken Classic Premier (v 8.3.1) but it won't open my old file.

I can't find my old quicken discs so is there a way to get my version to you?

@Richard Ancel This site isn't Quicken Support. Worse, Quicken Support no longer provides help with conversions from Quicken 2007.

Turning to your issue, your Quicken 2007 (v16.2.4) file should be readable by the current Quicken Mac. What error or message do you get when you try to open it? Just to make sure you're doing it the right way, you launch Quicken Mac on the Sequoia Mac, and get the Let's Get Started screen. (Or you select File > New to get to the Let's Get Started screen.) There, you select to Start from a Quicken 2007 file, and when it asks you to select a file, you select your Quicken 2007 data file. What message do you get?
