    I am having the same problem and it has been 4 days, way more than 24 hours…

    Quicken Mac is reporting "FI_WEBSITE_UNAVAILABLE (FDP-105)".

    Thanks for reaching out about the Sallie Mae connection issue. Please refer to this support article for this error. The FDP-105 error typically occurs when the bank’s website is temporarily unavailable for Quicken downloads, even if you can log in directly on the bank’s site.

    At this time, there are no Community alerts regarding Sallie Mae. The usual guidance is to wait 24–48 hours and try updating again. Since you’ve already been experiencing this issue for 4 days, the next step would be to contact Quicken Support for further assistance and possible escalation if needed.

    I'm having the same FDP-105 error at Sallie Mae, must be a bank computer problem….

    Haven't been able to connect for two days now.

However, we request that you please navigate to Help > Report a problem within your Quicken program and submit a problem report with log files and screenshots attached in order to contribute to the investigation.

    It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.

    While you will not receive a response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue. The more problem reports we receive, the better.
