    Please add DTE Energy, ATT Fiber Internet (AT&T). And look into problems with Progressive Insurance as mine has issues because my renters policy and motorcycle policy will not connect properly

    Thank you for reaching out! For the two that are failing, what is the exact message you see when they fail?

    If you are seeing "Unexpected error occurred" with type "NullPointerException", then that is a known issue, and I recommend bookmarking the Community Alert linked below to track the status:

    If you are seeing a different error when the connections fail, then I recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance, since they have access to tools we cannot access on the Community and they're able to escalate the issue as required. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.

    I now see a new issue with Bill Pay (Windows, Version R64.30, Build 27.1.64.30).

    The linked bills are not correct. In some cases, they default to the late amount instead of the amount due on the due date. In others, they don’t update at all, even though a new bill has been available for several days. It really seems like the new Bill Pay (provider) isn’t working at all.

    Would love to see AT&T added to the ebill provider list. I have separate wireless and internet accounts with them.

    What @UKR said! Many of my bills are "fixed" amounts every month. These include insurance premiums, Netflix, cell phone, internet, etc. All are paid using the autopay feature from each site (rather than Quicken bill pay). I have set these up as "Manual" bills with reminders. I have also set these up to add to my register 3 days in advance.

    The online bills for my credit cards do appear to work OK. The only variable bills I have that don't work are my gas and electric bill.

    Of course this is now happening AFTER my subscription renewal! I will say I probably would not have renewed had I known the new biller interface would be so limited. This is very disheartening. I just keep looking I guess

    On line billing used to work perfectly for me for years. However, I have been having trouble for months now. Quicken OnLine Billing does not work for me with any of my accounts at all! American Express, Synchrony, City Bank, Chase, Capital One, FPL, Barclay, Saks, Target, & PSEGLI .

    Sometimes an American Express transaction will seem to go through but when I check back to my register it still indiacates "processing" for days on end. I have to cancel the transaction, reenter it in my register and pay the bill through the billers website so that my payments are received on time. I also cannot dowload any transactions from my Traget Card either.

    The Powers that be at Quicken seem to be asleep at the switch!

    What specific issue(s) are you seeing with these billers?

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing issues also. To clarify, I can see you attempted some Quick Pay payments in mid-late September, and they showed an estimated 5-8 days processing time. Is that the issue you're encountering? If it is, the issue has been reported (CTP-14470). If it is not, please provide more details.

    That is one of the issues for some of my accounts. But the other accounts do not process payments at all, I cannot trust this program with any of my payments. It really reduces the benefit of quicken by 50%. It is much worse not than in the past.

    I have been using Bill Pay for Carlsbad, CA Utilities for many months and now when I go to Bills & Income I see there are no matching results for adding an eBILL. Are you the person to bring this to your attention. Can you get Quicken to again access "Carlsbad, CA Utilities"?

    This issue started last September and is still unresolved. Due to this loss of functionality with no resolve, one would expect discounted subscription cost moving forward.

    @thorn5 Im not so concerned about a discounted subscription as I am about the system not being as functional as it used to be. I rely on certain actions happening but now must check carefully that all is functioning as it is supposed to.

    Unfortunately, we do not currently have a process in place for requesting specific billers be supported. Our new provider is working to expand the number of billers they support.

    Billing in QWIN has just stopped. No billers getting new bills this month at all. While QMAC has "so far" gotten every one on time.

    Still hoping Hulu, SiriusXM, Adobe get added. I have my doubts as no one ever mentions new billers added or planned or sets any expectation. And it "appears" little interest in anything regional, much less national billers.

    [Removed - Disruptive] Eric Dunn fell on his sword and apologized about the lack of performance of the previous ebill service provider. IMHO I think this new service provider is worse.
