My suspicion (from reading another thread) is that it is all EWC+ accounts.

Hello,
I'm running version R64.29; build 27.1.64.29. I have Windows 11 pro.
My version recently updated; today the update dialog box hangs on updating accounts without completing the download. Any idea why or how to fix? Is this an issue with the new version?

Same here. One-Step Update eventually completes, but with errors on all but one of my accounts (the first account in the update sequence)..
Tried individually updating a few accounts, none successfully. Each update attempt returns the error message "We are unable to update this account due to an unknown error". After about 5 minutes delay per account.
OSU worked fine last night. I've done no updates/patches since then.
(Quicken Classic Premier, R64.29, running on Windows 11 Home)

Same issue here (Windows 11). I just let the Quicken One Step Update run and it timed out after about 5+ mins with CC-501 errors for ALL accounts.

I'm seeing the same roblem but I am still on R63.1 so it looks like a server issue to me (My vanguard direct connect works fine, i.e. just EWC or EWC+ hanging up.

Yeah, me too. Only one account updated….the rest just sat there "Waiting". Come on Quicken….FIX THIS !

Me too. OSU takes nearly forever to complete and when it does CC-501 shows on all accounts. Apparently, quotes do update.

Frozen OSU this morning for me too. Quotes and investment information briefly shows connection but quickly reverts to waiting state, as do all the accounts. Help>Report a problem folks.

I cannot download my transactions and am getting CC-501 errors from two banks. A third bank earlier this mornign and also yesterday gave a CC-502 error.
How do I fix this?

All EWC and EWC+ accounts are failing with 501 errors this morning. Direct Connect accounts are successful. I reported the problem using Help → Report a problem…

None of my accounts are updating with One Step Update. They all are in a "waiting" status and it just keeps spinning for a good five minutes before evenually saying there is a connection problem. I've tried updating them at an individual level, and still have the same issue. Is this a known issue? I didn't see it listed, so perhaps it just started today?

Suddenly today I get CC-501 errors on almost every account after a long delay while it tries to update. Reported it to Quicken. Anyone else getting this?

Got the CC-501 error on all accounts updating also. Did put me through the Fidelity authorization again for one last account that was using the ZZZ. Fidelity -DC
