Fidelity 401(k) online issues
I have a new persistent problem with updating my Fidelity 401k that seems different from other problems being reported. Quicken told me to update the connection method. It takes me to the Fidelity website, and I can log in. But it immediately takes me to a Fidelity page with the message, "The page you requested is currently unavailable. Please try again later." Any ideas to get updates set up again?

Hello @flocculus,
Thanks for sharing the details. To help troubleshoot this, can you let us know which web browser you’re using when Quicken redirects you to the Fidelity site? Sometimes, browser settings or cached data can affect the connection process.
Check back and let us know! Thank you.

Thanks for the response. I've tried Firefox and Chrome with the same result.

It looks like the connection was changed from express web to direct connect. It no longer requires me to log into the website, and it connects.
